Description

Questgiver

Mekander is a Seer who lives in one of the houses in Serenity town. He will be the party's mentor. At the start of the game he is outside, right in front of the party.

Purpose

This is one of five acts by which the party is tested to prove their worthiness. They are sent to catch a Songbird.

Walkthru

Talk to Mekander. Accept the Test of Promise and Loyalty, and he will explain the subquests.
There lives a single Songbird in all of Serenity. It is really Alcander the Seer, who was transformed by an angry wizard. He might protest to his capture, depending on how he is treated.
While the Songbird can be heard, he is rather hidden from sight, but Morcarack, the nosy Dragon whelp, knows how to find him. He tells the heroes the bushes that hide Alcander from sight will part.
Touch the Songbird to catch it.

You can report back to Mekander right after this subquest has been completed, if you wish.
