A cloak is a garment that is worn on top of other armour and clothes. It is intended to provide an additional layer of protection. Cloaks form no hindrance to the combat capabilities of the character wearing it.

No skill is required to use a cloak.

Minstrel Cloak 5 150 3 Fancy colours and a fur lining is for those who wants to draw attention, rather than avoiding it. This cloak is made for an entertainer, like a juggler, a storyteller or a troubadour. 2x1
Soothsayer Cloak 9 250 5 A cloak worn by the high officials of the Church of the Stars. The midnight blue velvet from which it is woven is suited for enchantment. 2x1
Cardinal Cloak 14 450 7 A cloak worn by the high officials of the Church of the Sun. The deep scarlet fabric from which it is woven is well suited for enchantment. 2x1
Doomsday Cloak 20 750 9 A cloak worn by the high officials of the Church of the Moon. The dark fabric from which it is woven is particularly well suited for enchantment. 3x1

20 35000 13 Athea, nymph of the Great Sea, one day woke up and knew she would disappear from the world. Saddened she gave her two most valued possessions to a triton woman, asking her to keep them safe and bring them forth only if the entire sea was threatened by disaster. The golden Anahita cloak was one of these two possessions (+12 Armour Class, of Water Magic, +20 Fire and Air Resistances, +50 Spellpoints, of Mana Regeneration). 2x1

However, Runemasters do not simply walk into the High Priest's office asking for such a garment, it is either received as a gift for those who have proven their utmost dedication to the Church of the Stars, or pillaged from a dead Runemaster's body. A Runemaster wearing this cloak will generally receive a bonus to reputation, a non-runemaster, a severe penalty (+10 Armour Class, of Grey Magic, of Spellcasting, affects Reputation). 2x1
