The gender of a player character is chosen when the character is created. It is a primary attribute that does not change during the game. There are two different genders:
- male
- female
Might and Magic Tribute does not discriminate between genders. Female characters can be just as strong, and male characters just as clever, or vice versa.
Non-player characters, and certain monsters, also have a gender.
In the game, the gender of each party member is listed on the Party screen.
Effects on gameplay
Some monsters have a preference for attacking enemies of a specific gender. There are no other effects on gameplay.
Dialogue
In dialogues, citizens may address a player character by their gender. This happens, for instance, when a player is greeted. The citizen may open the conversation with:
- "Welcome, dear lady."
