A game of Might and Magic Tribute starts with the selection of a party of heroes from the available characters, and a difficulty level. If needed, the player can create new characters first. However, once the game is running, the party cannot be changed. A game ends when the final quest has been completed. At that point, a victory certificate is created that mentions the party, their score and which ending was achieved.

Saving and loading

A game can be saved at any time, and then loaded and even reloaded later for continuation. The name of the savefile is chosen by the player. There is no limit to the number of savefiles that can exist at the same time, and it is not necessary to finish or abandon one game before starting another.
