A building is an object, often with space inside, although not all of such buildings can be entered three-dimensionally in the game. A few buildings are inside other buildings, or can be accessed from other buildings. For the purpose of categorization, constructions like closed caves and docks are counted as buildings.

Building types

The following types of building exist:

  • dungeon - upon entrance, opens a separate map where the party can move around, usually to perform a quest;
  • shop - a place to do business, often also functions as a house;
  • house - here live citizens that the party can talk to;
  • bridge - a means to cross a river or another barrier.

The distinction may not always be clear from the outside. Buildings come in many shapes, from simple huts to towers and palaces. Note that not all citizens live in buildings.
