Maranthea College is located in the southwest of the province of Semiramis. Semiramis lies southwest of Terrax, the northernmost province of Karigor. To get to this dungeon, take the road leading west from the provincial capital, Marduk.
Purpose
Maranthea College features the final part of the promotion from Apprentice to Sorcerer. It is here where the candidate(s), after collecting five Objects of Witchcraft as requested by promotor and head of school Melanie Bourne, has (have) to put the Alicorn, the Phoenix Feather and the Dragon's Liver into a cauldron, stir the brew with Nimbus' Broom and bath the Owl in it. Then out hops a little golem with a face like Harry Potter's. He'll be running around inside the college from then on, to amuse the students.

The opposition level of Maranthea College is 4 (levels range from 1 to 6, with 6 the hardest).

None of these citizens will fight.
Monsters
- Sorceress (Pupil, Enchantress, Sorceress, all female human)
Monsters become hostile when the party enters forbidden parts of the college. This is not necessary to reach the cauldron.

The dungeon contains the following operable objects.

- Any operable objects that one could expect in a sorcery school, such as moving stairs and bookcases.

Treasure
The college contains a fair amount of treasure in the forbidden parts of the dungeon, with one black chest containing the necklace artifact Vaijayanti (of Fire, Air, Water and Earth).
Floor plan
A floor plan for this dungeon has yet to be constructed.
Instruction notes
- The dungeon could be larger on the inside than it looks on the outside, but should not be huge.
- In addition to the monsters, there could be some kind of automatic defense system.
- The citizens are all found in the public part of the college.
