Promotions
 
Most gamers have enjoyed the additional promotions in Might & Magic 7, and some have asked for more. But what to add to an already all-powerful Black Knight? Well, instead of adding superpowers at the end of the career, it would be much easier to insert apprenticeships in the beginning. After all, it doesn't quite look right to start out with a mature Paladin who can hardly handle a weapon, or a Cleric who has virtually no healing power. We all loved the training stage on Emerald Isle, maybe that could be enlarged a bit and we could begin the game with:
